Pro-Life Waco is a local community based organization with collaborative relationships with regional and national pro-life affiliations. Pro-Life Waco is committed to ending abortion and its damaging effects among women, the closing of the local Planned Parenthood's 'abortuary', and promoting abstinence and adoption services.

The immediate goal is to establish the first abortion free states since Roe vs. Wade. To create, as it were, States of Refuge. There are five states (Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming) with one remaining abortion clinic
